Hiring process was quick and efficient Training was thorough You actually get paid and housed during the four weeks training Training instructor actually do care

Cons

Outside of the training division, PSA upper command do not have a clue what’s going within PSA, and with their supervisors. Most supervisors are lazy, not knowledgeable, and could care less about the flight attendants under their command Mimi and Lori in Dayton are the only inflight supervisors that do try, and care about their staff, knowledgeable and by the book. Crew Scheduling supervisors are evil, zero comprehension on what’s going on, zero compassion, they will look for anything to file discipline on you. Know your contract because Crew Schedule and PSA are not properly paying flight attendant for hours worked. Working condition is a negative zero, along with pay. Also, zero diversity in upper leadership and the planes are old, alway dirty, and constantly broken. The Union

Pros

The crews are for the most part are professional and fun to fly with.

Cons

Crew scheduling would rather delay a flight 2 hours to call someone off short call reserve rather then use a hot reserve pilot
