Flight benefits to travel the world!

Cons

Definitely not the ideal work environment. We have NO quality of life as we make very, very low pay. Our paychecks are CONSISTENTLY wrong resulting in us having to spend hours auditing our pay. We have numerous airplane swaps which is time consuming and long sits (2.5+) hours in between flights which is exhausting. Schedules are AWFUL, many co workers are NEGATIVE and life at PSA just isn't as fun as the videos of the Pilots and Flight Attendants make it seem.

I honestly cannot think of any.

Cons

Have to clean the plane, empty the trash, count and restock the beverages. It took all the fun out of being a flight attendant. The majority of the employees are sly and deceitful and not to be trusted for more than just saying a hi and goodbye. They make "power hungry" and dissatisfied senior flight attendants responsible for deciding whether you can stay with the job based on their own insecurities and lack of good management skills.
