Pros
The only good thing about PSA Airlines is the flight benefits. You can end up working with some great people too. The work is the maintenance department is not that hard, if you put your mind into it. The company provides steady employment if you like low pay, and does not always let go of incompetent employees. Due to the high turnover of employees, it is a good place for rookie mechanics to acquire enough experience to move onto better opportunity at other companies.
Cons
Low pay, incompetent management at most level, toxic coworkers in some departments, high level of turnover, management style seems amateurish, the low pay does not attract or keep smart managers or workers around. There are too many inexperienced mechanics.
