Growing pains, high turnaround rate, low pay, no vacation time until 12 months/after 12 months only one week.

I make ok money and have a low cost of living. The lead mechanics are knowledgable and willing to help.

Cons

The only complaint I really have so far would be the Human Resources Department is not very buttoned up at all.
