Pros

The physical showroom was beautiful

Cons

After the restructuring/cleaning of house of the company, when they were acquired by L. Catterton in August, PIRCH went on a compete hiring rampage, continuing to make promises to prospective hires that they had no intention of keeping. The executive team had ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE in the A+D community, and it showed. Every project and order had problems, and they were useless in the backend. It was a complete mess. Worked like a dog for an impossibly structured draw commission - only to be one of the hundreds of people recently laid off because L. Catterton had enough of their mismanagement. What a joke.

Pros

Good pay for Sales if you can master avoiding Leadership decision pitfalls. Good people and nice showrooms.

Cons

Leadership spends more time and money on Lies and marketing than the solid back end, paying vendors, and sales support. Quoting the current CEO-‘I like to hire people in upper management with no background experience in the position.’ No concrete policies in place for each department being followed. Friends of management fail upwards while costing company millions on major mistakes. Store design and marketing all seem like DEI hires based on their skill and experience level. Too fast on expansion and store locations costing overhead we don’t have is Dejavu of the original management team. They seem to never learn.
