      Pros

      Interacting with coworkers is one of the more appealing pros about PIRCH. The overall concept and design of the showroom is definitely a cut above the rest.

      Cons

      The growth is sometimes tough to bear, but is also a good thing. You sometimes need the bad, in order to see through to the good.

      Great company, a lot of support from management, wonderful team who has become more like family, Jeffery the CEP is truly an amazing person who is passionate about the company and the employees

      Cons

      None I can think of, everyone I've met is extremely friendly and hard working. The office is fun to be around, but we still get all of our work completed

      Pros

      It's an exciting time to be part of this innovative company, PIRCH. The showroom design and company vision are truly second to none in, or outside, the industry. If you can't connect with clients and sell with this set up, that's unfortunate. The operations team is strategically opening up around the country at a pace that still maintains company culture. Perks: Culinary team provides meals for staff. Additionally, they prepare complimentary meals for your clients. Truly outstanding! Coffee is so better than Starbucks!

      Cons

      Not much on the con side. There are a couple bad eggs that need to embrace the culture and opportunity more.
