Company closed all 7 branches except California

The work load was so stressful, and the lack of support from other departments was never ending. They want you to sell sell sell and then the PCs are left to pick up the pieces and face angry clients day in and day out. They preach about culture, and a team base environment but the company lacks that in so many ways. You feel alone and under appreciated and you are severely underpaid. No bonus’s or incentive to even try to get through the tough times. Pirch is constantly on a credit holds with vendors and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go bankrupt in the next 5-10 yrs.
