Used to be a lot of pros, not sure the company is recognizable anymore.

I was a passive candidate recruited by a PIRCH manager. My interview experience was positive and I was always given full transparency of where the company was, where it was going and how my role would help impact the future of the business. The prior Glassdoor reviews make sense, the prior leadership team was dishonest with the entire company and in turn, it was a very hard time. Since then, PIRCH was able to rebuild and refocus. Today we are stronger than ever and ready to continue growing!
