      Pros

      The chance to work for one of the most important oil companies in the world is certainly a big attraction for any young professional. The vast knowledge and professional growth experienced in the first 3-5 years is enormous and they know how to balance work life with personal life.

      Cons

      Unfortunetaly, there are some political issues within the company that make it really tough for young professionals to advance after 5-6 years of experience. There's also a lack of communication from top management which sometimes makes the employees feel a little left behind, as if they were not part of a team.
