People not in management are some of the hardest working you will meet.

Cons

Women need not apply. Men are worshipped in the company; women are treated like garbage. Men have gotten away with the most disgusting behaviour. HR is there to get the details and then report back to management so they can keep everything quiet. If you are female, please do not apply.

Former Salary Staff - would not recommend

Pros

- Amazing flex benefits package - Great pension - Share ownership - Lots of professional development courses when they were still busy

Cons

- Sexual harassment was dismissed by management and minimized/discouraged from being brought to HR - Dealt with harassment almost daily as a woman in the industry - I regret not coming forward with this sooner however everyone who knew downplayed this. - Pay is very low compared to other companies however they try and manage this by saying their share program is amazing (my shares never increased in value in my 6 years here) - Nepotism is HUGE at this company - majority of the people who survived the brutal layoffs are family or “who you know” types. Very clicky environment.

Money and the Health Spending Account. There is nothing else.

Cons

Complete lack of diversity and inclusion practices, racist jokes (sent by email might I add) and bullying from within the HR team. The worst experience of my life. Way to work people to the bone and crush souls PCLers.
