Travel to New Zealand and Antarctica and work with amazing people in unbelievable remote places. Free all you can eat buffet every night.

Cons

Every year they reduce the benefits and small perks to reduce bottom line and maximize profit. Pay is minimal and HR treats you as exactly that, a human resource.
