Pros
Easy to get hired and good work life balance. Literally that's all I've got.
Cons
There is zero incentive or care for their employees below the "management" level. You are 100% treated as a cog in a wheel. Limited PTO, that includes your sick leave and benefits packages that foist the vast majority of cost off onto the employee. Zero opportunity for growth. Do not expect any type of meritorious recognition. Management, at least on my project, was completely incompetent and NO, ZERO, ZILCH idea of what I did, let alone how I did it. Management had zero professional boundaries and was dramatic to a fault.
