      - Large company with a small company feel - Is located in a nice area - Parking/Metro is paid for

      Cons

      - Not a friendly environment - Management is incapable of supporting their employees/team - Management is degrading, often times sexist and bias - Little to no mobility within the company - Pay/Title rarely reflects employee role - Lack in Benefits - Turnover is extremely high - company does not have employee retention.
