Things are by the contract. You know what to expect.
Cons
Others are on different contracts or work for different employers and have a much better package than with PAE. I felt like a second class citizen sometimes when I admitted that I worked for PAE. Timing matters a lot for other opportunities. There was enough politics it felt like high school all over again at times.
