Good salary and plenty of work over time on a regular bases. Clean area for working and well laid out.

Cons

Working 40 miles from job site, wear and tear on my car with no extra pay for mileage. Out doors with just shad to work under.

Cons

1. They have stopped giving us sick leave, all missed time is vacation. 2. 401k is NOT company matched. You match yourself 3. All "company provided" benefits actually come out of your own pocket, not the company. 4. HR does not handle 401k, medical, dental, short of long term disablity, fmla or any other issues. They out source it and force you to pay additional fees for that to happen. 5. All "Open Door" talks with HR or upper managment must be scheduled and reason given to your supervisor of what needs to be discussed.

Great co-workers that help each other when management doesn't care

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about employee retention at all. No straight answers when it comes to looking for help at the site. Replacement workers have little to zero experience on the aircraft.
