-We were hired for a very specific, needed process (according to the recruiters/HR/trainers); spent nearly two months training for this need; the work in this area 'dried' up in less than three weeks.
-We were then relegated to 'file maintenance'; the most basic, mundane, and demoralizing process at PAE (which takes literally two hours to learn)
-It turns out existing employees, already trained in other areas, were getting trained in OUR area as well
-This 'cross-training' essentially made us obsolete (at least those of us who were interested in using our brains).
