      Cons

      Supply chain is the weakest link. It is led by inexperienced people who were hired and promoted based on friendships. They make poor decisions without understanding (or disregarding) consequences for the business as a whole. They may impress inexperienced new hires, but they bully talented professionals due to their own insecurities. They will exclude you and lie to you unless you are "one of them." Discriminatory, toxic environment. No training, no direction, no consistency. Unreasonable expectations.

      The only pro that I can offer is that you can get a little understanding about how the immigration process works.

      Cons

      A union had to be implemented in order to keep labor practices fair and equitable for employees. Working conditions change with every new contract.
