Great people to work with and a nice opportunity to learn

Communication from the top down is horrible and they don't care about employees that are lower than Manager.

The only pro is that it is a job.

Cons

PAE does not care about staff morale. Health care plans are truly terrible and people ended up quitting because of how poor the plans are. There are no paths for growth, and it is clear management is only using staff to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. The leave package is also not generous.
