The people i worked with keeps me going this experience helped me realize what i wanted and did not want from a job opportunity. work hours were very flexible.

horrible to none benefits. not much room for true growth. lack of upward mobility. no employee handbook

easy to get job, pay is ok, really nice people. its a nice short term temp job and is ok as permanent as well. good for your resume.

Cons

some management not great - cram too much work on to too few people. When confronted with conflicting orders and unrealistic work loads, mgmt gives a lot of stupid suggestions and double talk. but since they are lazy they mainly stay out of your way, so not that bad.
