      They’re not the worst, but definitely not the best.

      Pros

      Carry over 300 hrs of PTO, all federal holidays paid, bereavement days, vision insurance.

      Cons

      No regular raises or bonuses, no annual salary increase for cost of living, PAE is a contracting company with little understanding of what our job actually is because we do not interact with them, expensive health insurance plans that don’t cover a lot.

      The company is great, the location is the worst I have ever worked at. A very hostile work environment.

      Great pay, great benefits, union work.

      Cons

      Worst management at NO location I have ever seen or been at, it seems like no planning happens and am micromanaged to the minute. Dont be a thinker, dont say anything but yes master to the manager or you'll get cussed out for disobedience and lack of respect.

      They pay well, you get all Federal holidays off

      Cons

      Management was horrible (daily harassment, refusal to train further even after showing proficiency). Very hostile and toxic work environment.
