Pros

Excellent management, friendly atmosphere, colleagues are open to exchange ideas and share their vision. Good working benefits and inclusive culture.

Cons

Like any other company, it all depends on your effort and hard work and your networking abilities. Entry level positions are difficult to get but individuals with mid-career experience have a stronger chance of finding gainful employment.
