      Pros

      Oracle does have a great benefits package and is very supportive of telecommuting

      Cons

      The company is huge and it takes time to improve processes. Getting direct manager support to make changes is crucial and sometimes that doesn't work either.

      Pay is OK ( you won't get any raise, so make sure you negotiate it well before joining ), good benefits

      Cons

      a lot of big company bureaucracy, management cares only about money you are bringing. NO ANNUAL RAISES ( which is absolutely obscene if you look at the Oracle profits and our billing rates ), no promotions. Management doesn't care about employees at all.

      Commission focus salary. 50/50. large products port to sell. plenty of training both online and in class. good compensation system.

      Cons

      stressful. very agressive and demanding for forecast by month and by quarter. poor salary increment even you achive annual quota.
