Cons

Sometimes it takes forever to get something done by Management. There are lots of "Dark" business practices in order to overperform and receive growth funds in the India Hub.

Pros

Oracle is too big and it's really difficult to summerize its work in one/two sentences.Generally, a lot of technologies to learn and experience. If you get into a good team, you are really lucky. Good team means challenging projects, supportive manager and cooperative teammates.

Cons

1. Old work force. If you are a young people and want to work with young people, this is not the place for you. 2. Lack of daily verbal communication among teammates 3. Lack of diversity among employees.
