      Pros

      Twenty word minimum? I can't honestly come up with 20 words to express something good I experienced while in their employ. OK - Best reason to work there? Because when all else fails, it's a job and keeps the bills paid.

      Cons

      * passive-aggressive attitudes prevail within. * total lack of communication about anything * lack of professional integrity * lack of initiative/innovation/responsibility among staff, obviously resulting from poor management, and I saw this in more than one department

      Pros

      Good place to work in San Francisco. The company possessed a strong technology and a good business that was model gaining which was gaining momentum.

      Cons

      Although competent management, information sharing was not a strong point. I think employees wanted to know more about what was going on, but free flow of information was not a priority prior to the Oracle purchase.
