Pros

Management at the Louisville and corporate offices are very flexible and understanding about employees' extenuating circumstances. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

We're expected to learn how to do our jobs on the job. Received VERY limited training. So far, Oracle has not been very timely or clear on explaining their operations to their new Micros employees.

Pros

Very organized company. They are fair. Pay & benefits are excellent.

Cons

Newly acquired Hospitality sector is still going through rough patches. Seemingly on call all the time, so difficult to maintain work/life balance.
