Pros

It's a comfortable work/life balance, especially if you don't want to rock the boat. Clock in/Clock out and do your work. The people always make the company for me, and I'm lucky enough to be around some great people.

Cons

Little growth opportunity, and not sure if the company has a lot of interest in growing talent. Doesn't provide yearly raises to keep up with inflation, while the management appears to be getting relatively giant bonuses.

Pros

Able to work from home (remote), abundant internal job openings and training, good company benefits and standard 401k retirement options.

Cons

Yearly self-review evaluations with no salary increase to accompany those, a few very poor company policies, and some extremely unqualified co-workers.

Good working environment. Lots of freedom where you can play around the application when you are free. Lots of products to learn.
