      Flexibility, benefits, in-office perks, open vacation policy, and a team of people that constantly push you to be the best you can be.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, you're at a start-up and you'll have a hand in shaping procedures. If you're uncomfortable speaking your mind or adapting to change it might be a bit of an adjustment for you.

      The people are incredible to work with. The overall plan is to make customers want to work with us again so that requires creating positive experiences. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere in all the offices and we work as a team. We are empowered to come up with creative solutions.

      Cons

      Everyone works at least a 50 hour work week.
