      Pros

      The culture, leadership, and mission statement is phenomenal. I feel encouraged to promote and share new ideas, and I'm constantly supported to pursue big projects that may otherwise fall out of my "job description". The office is fantastic and I love the free-flowing nature of our space. Our company is very nimble with tech, another major bonus. Love coming to work. Th benefits are also great.

      Cons

      Not much. Clearer pathway for advancement, I suppose.

      The people, the culture, and the mission. I truly believe we have an awesome product that can change the entire industry.

      Cons

      It's a typical startup, so all the growing pains including long hours come with the job.

      Relaxed environment, great benefits, cool people, one of the best learning experiences i've had in the work force.

      Cons

      Small salaries and incentives, long hours, can be unorganized sometimes but its a startup so it's expected.
