Pros

- Well intentioned compensation (though it is now low given share dilution) - Smart, Low Ego folks in Finance - On-site amenities are great - They allow fully remote work

Cons

- Work is overwhelming (I’ve average 13hrs a weekday, 6hr on saturday) - Non-Finance teams have a super high ego, quick to point blame at others instead of working towards a solution - Very high voluntarily turnover along with 3 massive layoffs in the past 3yrs - Process documentation does now exist- so ramping into new roles is especially difficult

Pros

Large market opportunity and… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Cons

Toxic leadership from top to bottom (abusive), a propensity to set unattainable goals and not show concern for the teams lives and sanity in order to achieve it, loads of propaganda and lying in order to keep the IC ranks in line, and poor benefits + zero incentives given for good work.
