Incredible people across all lanes/roles, best I've worked with. Humble and pragmatic engineering culture. Fascinating, complex business challenges. Huge opportunity in a massive market.

Cons

Huge surface area, never enough engineers to build everything important. SF headquarters is far from the markets we operate in.

Pros

The best part about this job is having flexibility in your schedule. With an unlimited vacation policy, you are able to live your life without being tied to out-dated, rigid company policy that keeps you stuck in your desk. The culture isn't 'forced' like some other companies - it happens organically because everyone is allowed to work creatively and with purpose. The people are genuine and want to hear your ideas. Some perks: - Unlimited vacation - Catered lunches - Uber credits - Gym stipend - Cool workspaces - Team outings & events

Cons

To be honest, I haven't really found any cons. As a start-up, there are areas that need fine-tuning and/or development, but that is just a challenge to take ownership and share your ideas.
