      I don't know that I would say this was a con but it is indeed hard work to scale a company to a multibillion dollar revenue superstar we all KNOW it could be.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely positive and excited to be there, and that’s contagious. I’ve never known such a smart, capable group of people.

      Cons

      Work-life balance isn’t a thing. People aren’t taking vacations despite “unlimited PTO” and are often working outside normal hours and on days off. Boundary setting is difficult but necessary. Another problem I’m seeing is the crazy spending. Free lunch every day and bad travel planning are going to help the long term financial health of the company.
