Pros
Some great coworkers and an idea for a company that is great! Snacks, Coffer, lunch all provided The perks used to have some bang for their buck but they have dropped off over the last 2-3 months.
Cons
NO career growth or pathways set up yet (turning to hire outside of the company) Pay isn't aligned with Metrics and many daily tasks interfere with increasing the potential for higher pay/home closes. Systems are almost failing (Salesforce and other operating systems are in their infancy) Processes aren't clear and they bill it as "ever changing" The perks used to have some bang for their buck but they have dropped off over the last 2-3 months. EX: used to pay for headset and now they don't & Lunch used to be a benefits until budget cuts and now its barely acceptable
