Pros

Good Pay and benefits but not worth the headaches

Cons

Very bad management, young adults that have no clue what they are doing. They claim to be a tech company but the software they developed does not work properly. Definitely not a tech co its a real estate co. The rate they are going it will be a sinking ship.

Pros

A lot of smart, fun and talented people work here.

Cons

Complete disfunction and this company simply does not care about any of their employees. They have become a typical ice-cold, corporate company. You are just a replaceable number. Pay is awful for the amount of hours, days, weekends and holidays you are forced to work.
