Pros

Challenging professionally and frequent changes make you a very adaptable person

Cons

Compensation- provide annual “raises” but not even a livable wage in this economy. Remote- Never told upon accepting employment here there were plans to return to office and it was advertised as a remote role, now everyone is expected to be back by June. Many competitors offer a higher salary with a 100% remote role where you can be located anywhere- my suggestion is to apply to those competitors instead! Management- Try their best to keep up with changes and you can tell they are exhausted from constantly giving the team bad news. Every change they make to improve makes things so much worse. Overall- huge mess, do not work here

Pros

the relationships with your team/colleagues

Cons

Lots of growing pains, no leadership alignment, HR as an administrative function and not strategic, broken collaboration within the People team, the People team is not valued resulting in high attrition on the team and is dismissed
