I had a few good coworkers other than that working here was a joke. They provided a MacBook Pro for work and had good benefits.

Cons

Given way too much work in comparison to others who were hired with me for same role. Management was a joke. Seemed like I was back in high school with the “favorites” dynamic.

Interesting work, very fast paced month over month, year over year

Cons

Opendoor let me go right before the Christmas holidays after 5 dedicated years. Truly Beware: Opendoor brews the Kool-Aid very well but once they are done with you ~ they are done with you. Expect to train others on what you know with no anticipation of career advancement, excessive expectations are the norm. In hindsight I feel Opendoor has lost its moral compass as it matured into a public company.

Slow to pay referral fees Cannot keep commissions from transactions where I buy my own property Geographically insensitive work assignments Low pay, given rising fuel prices, having to pay our own license fees, and intensive wear and tear on one's car tour assistants clear about $10 pr hour.
