Pros

Lots of opportunity to have an impact, still scaling HR processes and with that comes growing pains but lots of enthusiasm for the mission (despite a very difficult market) and forward-thinking, supportive colleagues.

Cons

No 401k match - really big downside. And without most roles getting equity, it's extra disappointing. Also, Prop tech and real estate are facing a lot of challenge, uncertainty for the future.

Pros

OpenDoor not like anywhere else I have ever worked. The attitudes and benefits are second to none. You are treated like you matter and have a voice in every aspect. Everyone is willing to help each other at anytime without hesitation .

Cons

This is a Pro and a Con.....as we like to say, "OpenDoor likes to fly the plan as its being built". This can be very frustrating and rewarding at the same time. However, to stay as a leader in the industry this is the way to do it.
