I've worked at Opendoor now for over 5 years and have loved it! It's been awesome watching the company grow from a startup to a full fledge public company operating in more than 50 markets. Opendoor has given me tremendous opportunities to grow and develop my career - all while believing in me wholly. I have made lasting friendships and have learned so much about business and technology. I am happy to call Opendoor home.

Cons

Like any high growth company, sometimes there were growing pains. But overall, leadership listens to employee feedback to improve.
