      - “Tech company” who’s tech was really substandard - Leadership doesn’t understand real estate - probably going belly-up or selling soon because of the aforementioned.

      Pros

      During my first few months with Opendoor, I was very happy with the constant workflow and the management I had at the time. They were very understanding and supportive, both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      After the layoffs in November 2022, I was placed with a new manager who was completely different from any other managerial experience I have had in my professional career. They weren't personable, did not hold themselves accountable, and would say very discouraging, unprofessional words during our meetings. When this was explained to the HR department, nothing was done to hold them accountable, which led to me leaving the company due to poor management.
