      Pros

      Management is top notch at city and regional area. Job is fulfilling. You get to solve puzzles, and it becomes formulaic after a time period.

      Cons

      If you didn't have previous experience in real estate renovation, it is a steep learning curve. MGMT is helpful but you are responsible. C-Suite level management is reactive, and not proactive.
