Pros

I loved the people that I worked with directly. that was the only good thing

Cons

Laid off with no warning. CEO was saying for months that layoffs wouldn't be happening, but we were laid off anyways. I was a top performer and was still laid off. They don't care how long you've worked for them or how good your numbers are. You'll be let go with no rhyme or reason

Pros

None as management does not care about you

Cons

If you are not a democrat do not work at this company as they will find away to get rid of you. People get promoted with no job experience and do not have a clue on how to manage people.
