- As long as you do your job well, adapt quickly, and are not afraid to take risks, there are opportunities for rapid career growth. - The salary is in USD, good for Latin America but poor for the global position.

Cons

- Leaders do not know how to communicate, nor do they seek to work as a team, they make impulsive and aggressive decisions. - HR/People is a separate company, it does nothing to create a culture where the employee is as valuable as the goal/revenue. - There is no clear strategy, and when there is one, it doesn't last a month. - The sales team is undervalued and every month is dismantled and reassembled.

They hire you and bring you into the company only to fire you when they feel like it, without explanation or short notice. There is no structure nor are positions earned by merit, only the founders' friends do well. Every day you will be anxious because you don't know under what standards they will evaluate you. They force you to purchase their own products and CHARGE YOU FOR USING THEIR WALLET!

Joining Deel is like getting on a carnival ride, not a rocket ship. I chalked up the chaos to hyper-growth, but after my first few weeks it became apparent that the root cause is actually just gross mismanagement. I agree with the other reviewer about the real definition of “Ontop speed” — get it done quickly and poorly even if that will be a less efficient and worse result in the long run. And then they’ll blame you for the bad outcome even though they forced you into it. It’s a no-win situation.
