      Lack of Real Management

      Good product, acceptable commissions and few great tech stack.

      Cons

      Unstable jobs, you can get fired as fast as you got hired. No real process to support low performers, if you don’t perform you will get fired ! and most of the people work under a fear environment, they constantly think that even if they are performing ok, they can be fired. Most (not all) of the higher roles are performed by people without any real experience and with a huge lack of empathy and management. Companies should have leaders instead of bosses.
