Ontop cares about your times, it's a full remote job so you can manage your times trying to reach your goals. Great leaders and comunication. Workers are helpfull and good people, not a competitive environment.

Working at Ontop is the best experience for professionals that want to focus on creating real impact by decentralizing the way of work for everyone. Every part of the company has clear responsibilities and the trust between partners is unmatched. Everyone is entitled to their own time, as long as you are achieving your OKRs.

Cons

It may be difficult for some the idea of not getting to know your coworkers physically, just virtually, but is something that the company is working hard to achieve: real relationships through the virtual space.
