Pros

It is a great place to learn a lot in your area because you will find new challenges every day. Also a great place because you own your time and you choose when and where you want to work! Also you will know people from all over the world

Cons

If you are not able to organize your time you will have a hard time, because you have to accomplish your tasks and that requires you to organize your time so you can enjoy everything your life and work gives to you..

- Lack of key processes management: almost no process is defined or written, people do as they think and this creates inefficiencies - Some inexperienced managers - Not people-oriented - No extra benefits
