Working at Ontop is the best experience for professionals that want to focus on creating real impact by decentralizing the way of work for everyone. Every part of the company has clear responsibilities and the trust between partners is unmatched. Everyone is entitled to their own time, as long as you are achieving your OKRs.

It may be difficult for some the idea of not getting to know your coworkers physically, just virtually, but is something that the company is working hard to achieve: real relationships through the virtual space.

Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
