Good discount 25% off at Old Navy 50% at Banada Republic and GAP Good team to work with Heads up on deals prior to public

Cons

Folding polos and jeans can get boring. Managers can get on your back for sale goals which can be annoying No team get togethers unless it's a 'work' meeting

Pros

The work environment is fun. Old Navy is constantly involving it's employees in it's promotional sales as well as it's overall vision.

Cons

Most associates start out with minimum wage and part time. There isn't a chance to earn a full-time position unless one of the few management/supervisor jobs has opened up.

the discount 25 % at ON .. and 50% at Gap and Banana Republic.. thats about it

Cons

You only get the schedule for the week 2 days before it starts .. you are pushed to sell ONCs, if you dont your hours are cut.. I never do cash register so I dont have any, and now I'm only getting four hours a week, its ridiculous .. might as well not even have a job I actually have two now because of Old Navy and i'm only in highschool . Also, the store is huge, and if you don't know where something is and you ask someone, they loook at you like your the biggest idiot. I really don't enjoy it, mainly because of my lack of hours.
