Pros

- if the managers like you, they'll be extremely flexible with your work schedule and time off requests - you can basically coast on being a mediocre employee before they actually say something to you or fire you

Cons

- often under staffed (EXTREMELY STRESSFUL on busy days!!! - oh, and there are LOTS of busy days) - managers pick favourites and this plays a huge role in your scheduling / time off requests, etc.... - LONG closing hours.

Pros

Employee Discount is the only pro for me.

Cons

They tell you that you are going to have hours and be trained in other areas-hours for everyone were cut to 3.5 hr shift. They don't have to give a lunch this way. Days were cut to 2-3 days a week. They do not follow through on the promises they make.

Pros

If you love there clothes, you can buy it dirty cheap. Good pay. Good job for a starter. Young person with no life.

Cons

Everything. Long hours, No breaks, lots of stress and management turn over is big, even with district managers. Of course, you have to be young and have no life to work there. Not a job for someone with a family.
