Capable engineers, a lot of long term employees some with a wealth of knowledge that can be tapped in to.

Cons

Lousy middle management,driven by performance targets.Engineers too busy firefighting escalating breakdown numbers when they should be carrying out more pro-active work.Attitude to engineers by their immediate superiors is appalling.
