Benefits of large corporate, know in industry with a reasonable reputation.

Cons

Unfortunately company not able to live up to reputation due to continued reduction in engineer coverage and failure to deliver on contractual obligations.

Very strong team spirit. hard working team, all are focused on business, and Most of team members have been in the company for at least 10 years, with average of 20 years and some 40 years.

Cons

The Merger with Carrier the HVAC company was a disaster and many talents left the company because of it.
