      Pros

      Great co-workers and the head office was situated in a pretty business park.

      Cons

      Very sexist environment with a very demoted atmosphere. Not really a pleasant place to work. It had a very male dominated environment with a lack of both female engineers/sales/ project managers with only female "HR ladies" or "Admin" Pay was very poor for women with no chance of ever getting a proper a payrise (1% of 0 = 0) Lot of resentment with the administration and call centre teams. As they where never recognised by senior management and the so called "Personal Development Reviews where a tick box exercise

      Pros

      Can't really think of any other then the bi-monthly pay check.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, process and procedure is a joke since no one follows it and the pay and benefits are minimal for the high stress workload

      Good cooperation with colleagues. Interesting work. Varied challenges. Good longer term employment prospects.

      Cons

      Dis-functional communication between departments, administrators/managers have no idea about the technical skills of field staff. No information available in an information age. Hard to get parts in a timely manner.
